Clusters of neighborhoods (the Northwest Bronx (street map) for example) often lack official geographical definitions. In order to obtain data for these regions you will need to find either the zip codes or community districts (definition) that correspond to them.

if you are looking for census data, and if zip code boundaries don't correpond to the cluster of neighborhoods you service, you can try sub-borough regions (groups of neighborhoods) from the 1999 NYC Housing Vacancy Survey by clicking here

note: census data is not available by community district, and the information that is available by community district is not available online.
